Woke up Saturday morning to another beautiful day and we all went for breakfast at IHOP - international house of pancakes.
So many choices and options available. Three of us got the same spinach and bacon omelet which was pretty tasty.
Jordan and I shared the buttermilk pancakes.
Dad got the breakfast sampler with Brioche Banana French toast
Lucky we walked 15 mins there and back to burn off all those calories!!
The plan was to head to Sacramento for the day which is the Capitol (capital) of California.
Before we went there we had a quick detour to the Gun Room!!
This was pretty cool I'm not going to lie. We shared 2 lanes and 2 guns 45 and a 9mm and practiced our target shooting.
What a deadly shot!
We then had a look in the actual shop at all the guns you can buy.
My dad took this photo of me with this AR15
Full of adrenaline we hit the road for about an hour drive to the Capitol.
It was a Saturday so there were no members of Congress around, but the building was beautiful to walk through.
Looking up at the dome.
We then headed back to Lodi and stopped at an Italian food store that had so many yummy things in it. We got some fresh bread still warm out of the oven and ate it with some Italian salami in the car park out the back of dad's station wagon.
