After stepping off a 14 hour flight dazed and weary eyed we made our way to Downtown LA at about 8 am and checked into our Airbnb accommodation. I'm not going to lie but it was a little bit awkward as we tried to befriend the host but she just didn't want to reciprocate. So we dumped our luggage and set out to explore for the day.
So this is what we did!!
1st stop Food.
Walked Downtown to Grand Central Markets and ate some delicious comida mexicana at Tacos Tumbras A Tomas.
2nd Stop Hollywood
After a we got some food in our bellies we decided that we would head over to Hollywood and see what all the fuss is about.
We did the token tourist walk along Hollywood Blvd and got harassed by rappers trying to give out their cd for "free" and then asking for money.
Feeling pretty jet lagged and overwhelmed by all the tourists we decided to go have a nice cold drink at the Rusty Mullet!
